Legal, risk, andplatform disclosures.
Please read this page carefully before using FlowMonkey. By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the website, terminal, dashboards, founder access, email support, or any related service, you acknowledge these disclosures and agree to these terms.
Use the platform as decision support, not as a promise.
FlowMonkey is designed to help traders interpret options flow, whale activity, unusual flow, walls, and related market context.
It does not guarantee profitable outcomes, accurate signals, uninterrupted service, complete market data, or successful trades.
No software platform can eliminate trading risk. Market data can be wrong, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or interrupted, and market behavior can change quickly.
By using the platform, you accept that all trading, investing, risk-management, and account decisions remain your responsibility.
FlowMonkey helps interpret market activity. It does not tell you what you must buy or sell, and it cannot remove the risk of loss.
Key user responsibilities
Informational and analytical use only
FlowMonkey is an informational and analytical software platform. Nothing on the website, in the terminal, in dashboards, in emails, through founder support, or in any related material constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.
Any scores, labels, rankings, statuses, categories, pressure views, wall interpretations, or opportunity views are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, experimental, or subject to change without notice.
No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, availability, or uptime
Market data may come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, interrupted, or changed without notice. FlowMonkey does not guarantee that any data, metric, signal, visualization, or platform output is accurate, complete, timely, or fit for any particular purpose.
The platform may experience maintenance, bugs, outages, integration failures, feed interruptions, degraded performance, delayed updates, broken links, temporarily disabled features, or other service limitations.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMonkey and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the platform will meet your expectations, match any trading style, produce profitable outcomes, remain error-free, or operate without downtime or interruptions.
Use the platform at your own risk
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMonkey and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, inability to use the platform, or reliance on any information provided.
This includes, without limitation, trading losses, missed opportunities, loss of profits, liquidations, service disruptions, data issues, pricing errors, delayed information, or other financial harm.
You agree to hold FlowMonkey harmless
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlowMonkey and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Access can be limited, suspended, or terminated
FlowMonkey may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, with or without notice, for misuse, abuse, attempted unauthorized access, payment issues, legal risk, security risk, policy violations, or operational reasons.
Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or offset except where required by applicable law.
All sales are final
All purchases, founder access payments, subscription payments, renewal charges, and related platform fees are final and non-refundable, except where a refund, credit, cancellation right, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
FlowMonkey does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, failure to use the platform, change of mind, dissatisfaction with trading outcomes, strategy performance, market conditions, account restrictions, feature changes, or user error.
Founder access purchases are one-time payments and are final. Subscription plans, if offered, renew automatically until canceled. To avoid future renewal charges, you must cancel before the next billing date. Canceling stops future renewals only and does not entitle you to a refund for charges already processed, except where required by applicable law.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, FlowMonkey may, in its sole discretion, review verified duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or unauthorized charges, or issue a credit or refund where legally required or operationally appropriate. Any such action is optional unless required by law and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide refunds in other situations.
Pricing can change and locked pricing can be lost
Founder access is a limited offer and may be modified, paused, or closed at any time before purchase. Founder or launch pricing may remain locked only while the related subscription, if any, remains active. Canceling or failing to maintain that plan may result in loss of locked pricing.
You may cancel any recurring subscription before the next renewal date through the available account or billing management tools. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges only. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Founder access may include limited cohort timing, early access sequencing, or closed launch phases. Timing estimates, seat availability, rollout order, and launch schedules may change at any time.
Minimum operational data only
FlowMonkey collects only the information reasonably necessary to operate the platform, manage access, authenticate accounts, process purchases or subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve the service, and maintain security.
User data is not sold. Payment processing, billing management, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and related infrastructure services may be handled by third-party providers.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, use, and processing of operational account and service data as reasonably necessary to run the business and provide the service.
Features, pricing, and terms may change
FlowMonkey may add, remove, modify, limit, pause, or discontinue features, modules, pricing, access terms, integrations, support channels, and service policies at any time.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Platform content, models, layouts, and data views remain protected
All platform content, layouts, terminal views, dashboards, rankings, scoring models, pressure maps, alerts, copy, branding, visual designs, workflows, internal logic, and supporting software remain the exclusive property of FlowMonkey unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, scrape, automate extraction, redistribute, mirror, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse any portion of the platform without prior written permission.
This includes screenshots, reposted flow feeds, copied dashboards, rebroadcast alerts, resale groups, Discord resale channels, API replication, and any derivative product built from FlowMonkey outputs.
Third-party outages and external failures
FlowMonkey relies on third-party infrastructure including market data providers, payment processors, hosting, networking, email delivery, and external integrations.
FlowMonkey is not liable for outages, delays, inaccuracies, feed failures, payment processor issues, hosting interruptions, internet disruptions, or events outside reasonable operational control.
This includes force majeure events such as provider outages, exchange feed interruptions, cloud incidents, internet failures, government actions, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or extraordinary market conditions.
Recurring billing authorization
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you expressly authorize recurring automatic charges at the selected billing interval until canceled.
Charges continue automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Locked promotional pricing remains active only while the subscription remains continuously active.
Canceling, failed payment, chargeback activity, expired cards, or lapse in subscription may permanently forfeit locked pricing eligibility.
Fraud, chargebacks, and abusive use
Fraudulent activity, abusive chargebacks, payment disputes made in bad faith, credential sharing, scraping, credential resale, or service abuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.
FlowMonkey reserves the right to contest improper chargebacks and recover associated processor fees, legal costs, and damages where permitted by law.
Applicable law and dispute handling
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles where not required. Any disputes arising from or related to the platform shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Read the platform as context, not certainty
- Assume all trading decisions are your responsibility
- Expect that data and features can change
- Use independent judgment at all times
- Assume all payments are final except where law requires otherwise
FlowMonkey is decision-support software for traders.
By using the platform, you acknowledge the risks of trading, the limits of software and market data, and your responsibility for your own financial decisions. All sales are final except where required by applicable law.
